APAK is an innovative engineering company dealing with thermal management of electronic components. APAK developed Heat Pipe and Vapor Chamber technologies for the first time in Türkiye. By providing high-performance cooling solutions, liquid cooling solutions, design, analysis and consulting services, it is committed to solving global customers' toughest thermal problems. Since its establishment in 2007, it has given importance to R&D activities and has made great gains in thermal solutions with the products it has developed.
Our designs and products are used for radar systems, RF power amplifiers, micro and macro processors, transistors, electronic cards, units and integrated modules in land, sea and air vehicles. We develop original and effective thermal solutions for industries such as electric vehicles, LED lighting, aviation and space, electronic cooling and data centers.
